| PakMS the only mathematics NGO in Science and Technology |
The Pakistan Council for Science and Technology has recently published its first book listing all the Non Governmental Organizations in Science and Technology in Pakistan. There are over 40,000 registered NGOs as well as a significant number of unregistered NGOs in Pakistan. PCST short-listed 680 NGOs on the basis of their activities. Only 115 NGOs were considered as having engaged in S & T. PakMS is the only mathematical organization that is amongst these 115. This is a yet another testimony of the legitimacy and the good performance of the Society.. |

Their support has enabled the Society to have profound impact on mathematics in Pakistan. In order to enhance its activities, the Society needs extra financial sources. Therefore PakMS requests individuals, corporations, or foundations for donations. PakMS has the unique status of a registered mathematical organization in Pakistan and therefore will issue official receipts for all donations received. |
